National insurance support firm expands into Chandler

CHANDLER, Ariz. — Claim Assist Solutions, one of the nation’s largest providers of insurance claim support services, has announced plans to open a 58,000 square-foot office at One Chandler Corporate Center, located in West Chandler. The new office will be the company's first in Arizona, helping to meet the growing demand for its services in the Phoenix metro area while also providing support for clients nationwide.

“Our decision to expand into Chandler is driven by both client demand and the area’s strong talent pool,” said Ramon Lopez, President of San Antonio-based Claim Assist Solutions. “This is a significant investment for us and we see great long-term growth opportunities in Chandler.”

Claim Assist Solutions will begin by hiring approximately 40 employees to launch the office in mid-November, with plans to expand to up to 400 positions over the next two to three years. New insurance adjusters will be hired in cohorts and go through company training together.
