Barry Wong is a Republican lawyer and politician. He has served as a member of the Arizona Corporation Commission and the Arizona House of Representatives, representing the 18th District.  He has long served as the director of the Governor's Office of Equal Rights and is currently the chairman of the board of directors of Globe Time Arizona.

Barry was born into a Chinese family in Phoenix, AZ. His father was the chairman of the Arizona Chinese Chamber of Commerce and the chairman of the Huang Clan Association.  After entering politics, he has had many contacts with Chinese communities.  He is currently an advisor to the Chinese Chamber of Commerce.  He has represented the governor in various Asian and Chinese activities for many years and is familiar with the Chinese community.
